The course was well-organized and easy to follow. I appreciated the focus on both the physical and mental benefits of yoga, especially in therapy. The discussion on visual scanning and attention control was particularly helpful for my practice as an occupational therapist.

This webinar provided a fresh perspective on how yoga can support clients holistically. The explanations on fight/flight/freeze responses were incredibly useful, and I now have tools to help clients with self-regulation. A great course for any therapist looking to expand their practice.
